Bill Dovico – Meet the coaches
Coach Bill and his son Liam joined the Lehigh Valley Composite teams in 2024. Coaching for the team inspired him to start a bike club at Northwestern Lehigh Middle school, where he serves as principal. Bike club is a great place for families to learn about joining the team. In 2025 Bill started the Northwestern Lehigh HS Team under our LV Lightning teams umbrella as new head coach, working closely with Bob Jones who leads the remaining teams.
Teen Trail Corps Weekend and Community Bike Works Efforts giving LVL TTC Commitment a solid boost.
You may have seen some of our kids, coaches and volunteers out there working on the trails at Jacobsburg State Park during our Teen Trail Corps Weekend, but it’s not the only crew that has been working hard at trail and community work this spring and early summer. Come and experience one of our practices and learn about NICA, PICL and us, the Lehigh Valley Lightning teams. Meet your future teammates and coaches, learn a few skills and ride with the crew.
GRiT – Girls Riding Together Summer Camp June 25-27, 2025
You are invited to join us for our annual GRiT Summer Camp, a 3 day clinic for female students and current or future coaches who want to come try it out, learn about the team, mountain biking, improve their skills and feel welcomed in our sport and community.
